Transitioning to Fall and KEEN Shoes Giveaway

September 12, 2017

We are officially on fall watch over here! It's no secret that fall is my absolute favorite time of the year! I love the crip weather, pumpkin everything, and changing leaves. We are one week in to our back to school routine and so far so good! Hudson is in school 4 mornings a week, which means lots of time in the car for pick up and drop off, followed by lots of one on two time with my best gals.

It seems like Hudson grew several inches this year and two shoe sizes! I can hardly keep up! Part of me just wants him to stay little forever...and part of me loves watching him grow and change. That's the struggle of motherhood I guess.

Sadie is straight up obsessed with her big brother. I know she is going to miss Hudson a ton while he is at school. When we drop him off she is super sad to see him leave....or maybe she's sad because she see's a fun playground at school with kids and she doesn't get to go too.

I love to start our back to school routine with stocking up on new shoes for the kids for fall. I try and keep the kid's wardrobes somewhat simple. With three kids our clothes can get out of hand quickly if I don't rein myself in. Plus the laundry can be crazy overwhelming!

Both kids are set for fall for shoes! Hudson LOVES his KEEN Kids Hikeport shoes. Mostly because they are BLUE and he got to pick them out. And because they are waterproof, which is great for logging in all that early morning playground time at school. I love that I don't have to worry about his day being ruined by wet socks!

Sadie is wearing the Pep Mary Jane and it's a nice change from her wanting to wear rain boots all the time! Plus they are too cute. I love that she can run around outside and play her little heart out in them....yet they still look cute with her outfits. They would make a great school shoe for an older child.

How long will I be able to coordinate their outfits without them catching on? I hope forever.

Seriously can't get enough of these two.

We love to have outdoor adventures and these shoes fit the bill exactly.

KEEN Kids is known for it’s great summer sandals and is our go-to adventure footwear brand for the whole family. I've found that KEEN Kids offers great functional and quality shoes for the transition from summer in to fall. And my kids love them.
