You're invited....come to Michigan and be my BFF

March 20, 2014

Today I have some fun and exciting news!!!! News that may mean you can come visit me in Michigan this summer....ultimately turning our blogger friendship in to real life besties! I'm thrilled and excited to announce that two of my favorite bloggers, Michaela from Michaela Noelle Designs and Ashley from The Sweet Season have put together an AMAZING blogging/photography/design workshop called Bloom! And little old me will be there! And (cue freak out!) I'll be a part of their expert panel session!

Here are all the details from Michaela:

Bloom | A Creative Workshop is for creative women who want to learn about blogging, photography, interior design and styling.

Our goal is to share our knowledge on how all of the above work together, inspire and ultimately bring us joy each day. Our mission is to help fuel women’s creative passions while helping them feel confident about their small business or blog, giving them tips and tricks we've learned along our journey, and provide a day of networking with like-minded creatives.

For the morning coffee drinker who is obsessed with reading blogs, but has yet to click "publish" on her own blog, this is for you. For the girl who wants to take her blog to the next level and learn the ins and outs of social media, Bloom was created for you. For the photography-loving girls who want to learn how to take and edit beautiful photos, or the girls who grew up playing house and now desires to really dive into decorating her own place, for the gal who loves weddings and wants to break into the world of styling, or for the new girl in town who just wants to meet other creative and passionate friends, Bloom was created with you in mind. We promise you'll leave inspired, fueled and ready to create the life you long to live.

All Bloom attendees will get a photo session of head shots taken by Ashley. And trust me, this is invaluable! See what I mean....

Ashley took some photos of us last summer and they are priceless to me! The girl's got talent.

Michaela and Ashley have organized some amazing vendors and sponsors to provide a swag bag of products, goodies, and items that any creative girl can use in her life (rumor has it, valued at over $450 of awesomeness!). Plus I'll be there. Duh.

Bloom will take place at the beautiful Hydrangea Blu Barn in Michigan on Friday, June 13th, 2014. The workshop will last from 9am-5pm and you will get a catered breakfast and an amazingly delicious lunch and dessert. Registration starts next week and there is a special early bird discounted rate. So stay tuned! You can find out more info on Ashley or Michaela's blogs, or on the Bloom Facebook page. I can't wait to see some of you there!
