Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we headed to Jon's parent's house. We had a great time and the food was yummy as always.

Here is a picture of the pretty table.

Erin, Jon, and me...post-turkey.

Me with my man....he is trying to avoid the camera.

I don't know what was going on here...you can thank the husband for this shot.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Some more wedding photos...because I'm obsessed

Okay, I couldn't resist posting a few more of my favorite wedding photos. Our photographers were Matt and Angie from Loon Lake Photography. We heart them.

Love this shot of the guys. Can you say hot?

Don't get me started on this one. I can't get over it.

Me with the girls....check out all of our cute shoes!

Cute. Our florist was Corinne from Sebesta Design. She did a gorgeous job. Jon (and our flowers) are featured on her website! His head is cut off, but we know it is him!

Oh my gaw....love it. And if I must say, it was my idea to put my veil over his head thank you very much.

Work it.

This might just be our favorite. It is going up in the condo for sure.

Back by Popular Demand

I know you are probably sick of my post-wedding obsession...so I thought everyone could use a healthy dose of the two cutest orange kitties in town. Pancake and Henry love our new condo and have been settling in quite well. Here is just a peak of what they are up to on a daily basis.

The boys looking for turkeys....yes, we have seen turkeys from this window.

Love their little faces.

They do a fair amount of play fighting too. Those dishes in the sink are clean, I promise.

Pancake loves to watch Jon on the computer.

Henry snuggling with Jon.

Like the new look?

So do you like the new look of the blog? I sure do! I am in love with our wedding pictures! I'm going to try to post a few of my favorites...but it is just so hard to narrow them down! I think it will take up a few posts....so bear with me!

The girls getting ready for the big day! Don't you love our shirts??? I made them.

Love love love this photo of my flowers and shoes!

The flowers were perfect...just what I had pictured in my head!

I like this one a lot too.

My handsome husband.

We did it!

Chapel steps...such a great day.

Halloween 2008

For Halloween this year, Jon an I went to our friends Mo and Ali's place. Mo and Jon were roommates in college and Mo was also in our wedding. Mo and Ali are also coming to California for our second reception next week! We are so excited.

Halloween has a special place in our hearts...Jon and I met on Halloween three years ago. I was a cowgirl and he was a Vikings football player...the pastor at our wedding might have mentioned this during our ceremony. And when I say "might" I mean he did mention this. Embarrassing. Anyway, this year Jon was Magnum P.I. and I was a cheerleader. I wore my cheerleading outfit from my sophomore year of high school. That was 10 years ago...how crazy is that??? I couldn't wear the top without showing more skin than I was comfortable with...but I could wear the skirt and jacket! Go me!

Here we are!

We got Jon's clothes from the Good Will...his shorts totally made the outfit. He was totally channeling Tom Selleck here.

Jon with Mo. Mo was Tony Romo, complete with broken pinky finger, and Ali was Carrie Underwood...they were adorable.

Me trying to get that mustache to stay on!

Love it. I can't believe that we met three years ago and now we are married! Thanks for a great time Mo and Ali!
